The FHD Microscope Chamber System is a newly designed chamber system to perfuse and stimulate cardiac myocytes that are studied on the microscope. It is unique in that it can use coverslips with cultured cells, as the silicone insert will provide a good seal.

The FHD superfusion chamber system can be combined with the a feedback temperature controller and heater and an acute field stimulator (MyoPacer or MyoPacer EP) for pacing your cells during experimentation at the appropriate physiologic temperature. When integrated into IonWizard through an IonOptix interface box (FSI or DSI), this complete system can be used to monitor and record temperature and stimulation marks during your studies.

Features
  • A hinged lid that includes all the paraphernalia of solution line, solution height adjustment, ground wires, and platinum stimulation wires.
  • A molded silicone insert forming the flow area of the chamber. This insert is available in a variety of designs and is easily replaced, exchanged, and cleaned.
  • Rapid exchange of cover slips. For those researchers using cells cultured or plated on 25 mm cover slips. The chamber offers effortless insertion of fresh slips with only a twist of the lid lock required.
  • Very low solution levels. Hence rapid solution change and low noise levels.
