SoftEdge™ Myocyte Cell Length Acquisition Module
The SoftEdge™ Acquisition add-on extends the IonWizard Analysis Software into a full-featured, video-based cell edge length / blood vessel diameter acquisition system while allowing access to the analysis features of IonWizard during data collection. SoftEdge™ works seamlessly with our new digital Myocam-S or the previously-offered analog Myocam camera as well as select variable-field rate cameras to allow flexible edge detection. It provides integrated support for continuous edge/length sampling at up to 500 measurements per second. For easy experiment setup, the SoftEdge™ Acquisition Add-On provides on-screen display of live video and independent control of all edge parameters for both left and right edges.
