IonOptix is proud to introduce IonWizard 6.0, the newest version of our coherent all-in-one acquisition and analysis software. IW6 incorporates all the features and flexibility of previous versions with an improved interface. It's completely documented, with context-sensitive help throughout the application. Best of all, it operates in Windows XP or Vista!
New Features
- XP/ Vista based. Improved stability, better performance and easier coordination with existing university and company IT infrastructures.
- Support for new PCI System Interfaces. The new PCI based Fluorescence System Interface and Data System Interface eliminate the need for legacy ISA slot computers.
- Complete documentation. Help is integrated into each task (context-sensitive) so you'll always have support handy.
- Improved functionality. Now you can run all experimental tasks simultaneously including SoftEdge and SarcLen cell measurements. Collect cell and sarcomere length data alongside fluorescence, temperature, force, pressure, pH... whatever peripheral components you've got, whatever measurements you'd like to record.
- Support for the new USB2 MyoCamS. This new, all digital variable field rate CCD camera supports data rates up to 500Hz while providing more lines than the regular MyoCam at comparable rates.
- Faster analog PMT recording. PMT acquisition rates have been boosted, sample at up to 5kHz.
- Independent rate control. Record from different analog sources at unique rates.
- Stabler operation. The new software has been completely recoded and rewritten so you can collect and analyze data without disruption.
