Vessel Flow Characteristics - Unit Conversions

The following document offers an units conversion example for our FloAcq vessel flow characteristics software acquisition module.  Every value and unit with a blue background is manually entered. Input and output units are, in most cases, necessarily mismatched. Units need to be converted from the input units to intermediate units and from those intermediate units to the appropriate output units. Also, there are solution- and temperature-dependent values (density, viscosity) that enter into the equations. I chose the most common scenario for this example, a solution with the density and viscosity of water at 37°C.
