The IonOptix StimSwitch system permits stimulation and, optionally, perfusion of up to 6 wells in a 24 well tissue culture plate. The system consists of a multiplexing switch box, cabling, and stimulation lid. It takes the high voltage output of a stimulator and allows the user to manually redirect that voltage to one of 6 different wells in the multiwell plate. All the controls for this device are conveniently positioned on the top and back panels. Designed to complement our MyoPacer and MultiCell microscope, the StimSwitch can also be used with other stimulators and on other systems.
